Teachers’ Day is a special occasion dedicated to honoring and appreciating the hard work, dedication, and passion of educators. We are heartened by the parents who had written in to show their appreciation for the teachers’ efforts:
The school organized a memorable celebration on 29th August 2024, with a series of activities to express our gratitude and give teachers a well-deserved day of joy and relaxation.
The celebration began with students’ enthusiastic participation in crafting personalized cards for all staffs through card stamping. Each card was a unique creation and allowed students to express their gratitude in a tangible way to their teachers.
Next, the school shared a cake together, symbolizing the sweetness of the appreciation felt for the teaching staff. The smiles and laughter during the cake cutting added a joyful touch to the occasion.
To conclude the celebration, staff and students had a picnic at the nicely decorated canteen. A variety of delicious food were served, including cake, sandwiches, sausages and macarons. The picnic provided a great opportunity for teachers and students to interact, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
The card stamping activity, cake sharing and picnic activities combined to create a day of joy, appreciation, and connection. It was a perfect way to show teachers and all staff how much they are valued and to celebrate the special bonds between educators and students. As we look back on the day's events, we are reminded of the significant role teachers play in shaping our lives and the importance of expressing our gratitude for their dedication and hard work.
