Start of School Matters (Term 2)
As we begin Term 2 on 24 March, I would like to warmly welcome all our students and families back to school. I hope the recent break has been restful and rejuvenating, and I look forward to another meaningful and exciting term of learning together.
As the holy month of Ramadan draws to a close, we also like to extend our heartfelt wishes to our Muslim families celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri. May this festive occasion bring you joy, peace, and cherished moments with your loved ones.
1. ATTENDANCE
Regular school attendance is essential in supporting your child’s learning and progress towards the goals outlined in their Individual Education Plan (IEP). We seek your partnership in ensuring that your child attends school during all school term days, arrives punctually, dresses appropriately, and participates actively in lessons and all school activities. Your support plays an important role in your child’s overall development.
If your child is unwell and unable to attend school, please provide a Medical Certificate or a parent’s/guardian’s letter upon their return. We also kindly request that vacations are planned outside of school term time, as extended absences may disrupt routines and affect learning continuity.
