On 13 November 2024, Maitri School proudly hosted its very first Prize Giving Day at our newly established Eunos campus. This significant occasion was a celebration of our students' hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements over the past year. The event was a resounding success, bringing together students, teachers, parents, and the community to honor the exceptional efforts of our students.
The theme of this year’s Prize Giving Day was "Maitri’s Greatest Awards", which reflected the values of excellence, perseverance, and growth that are at the heart of our educational mission. The awards ceremony was a joyous occasion, where 55 awards were presented to 41 deserving awardees, recognizing their achievements across various academic, artistic, and personal growth areas.
As part of the event, Maitri School held an art exhibition featuring the incredible creativity of our students. The exhibition displayed a wide array of artwork pieces, showcasing the diverse talents and artistic expressions of our students. It was heartening to see their creativity on full display, with each piece telling a unique story and reflecting their personal journeys and experiences.
The event also featured live performances that captivated the audience and highlighted the musical talents of our students. Angklung performance added a cultural touch, with students playing this traditional Indonesian instrument, creating a harmonious and memorable atmosphere. Additionally, there were live M1 and M2 Music and Movement performances, which demonstrated our students’ ability to express themselves through music and movement, showcasing their confidence and teamwork.
Maitri School’s first Prize Giving Day at our new Eunos campus was a remarkable milestone in our school’s journey. It not only showcased the hard work and dedication of our students but also highlighted the sense of community, creativity, and collaboration that defines Maitri School. We are proud of the accomplishments of each student and look forward to even more celebrations of their growth in the future.
