2024 Term 3 Letter

24 June 2024 Ref: MT 2024/021

Letter to Parents (Term 3, 2024)

I hope your child and you have had a restful break these June holidays. With the start of Term 3, we will continue to work collaboratively with you in providing engaging learning experiences for your child.

1. Attendance during School Term

I would like to remind on the importance of your child’s attendance in school and punctuality every day, which will allow your child to participate actively in lessons and all school activities. Should your child be unwell and unable to attend school, please provide the Medical Certificate or parent’s letter to the Form Teacher on the day the child next returns to school. In addition, I am seeking your support not to plan for any vacation for your child during the school term. We do not approve of any leave for vacation reason and strongly discourage our students to miss school.

2. Communication with Parent

Since the launch of our new parents’ portal “Little Family Room” in February, our teachers have been sharing with you the photos and videos of your child’s participation in school activities and events. We have been updating your child’s learning progress through this online communication portal. The school will also stay connected with you via this portal for the latest events. You are therefore strongly encouraged to login and start accessing this portal for communication with your child’s Form Teacher Should you face any issue with accessing the portal, please contact your child’s Form Teacher for assistance Please click here to see the rest of the letter.
