Start of School Year 2026
Greetings from Maitri School!
As we approach the close of 2025, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your continued partnership and support throughout your child’s journey with us. This letter provides key information on the start of the new academic year in 2026, consolidated from previous circulars for your convenience.
1. First Day of School 2026
The first day of school for all our students in the new academic year 2026 would be Friday, 2 January 2026.
2. Safety During Arrival and Dismissal
To ensure the safety of all students, please note the following reminders:
- No vehicular access to the school compound is allowed during reporting and dismissal times, except for school buses.
- Parents who drive should park at the nearby HDB open carpark and drop off / pick up your child at the side gate near Block 18, Eunos Crescent.
- Our staff will be on duty to assist during:
- Morning drop-off: 7:20 am
- Afternoon drop-off: 12:35 pm
For late arrivals (after 7:45 am / 1:00 pm):
Please enter via the front gate and report to the security post.
Our office staff will contact the Form Teacher as lessons would have commenced. We kindly ask that parents refrain from contacting teachers directly during class hours.
